Google Play Purchases

The app offers an optional one-time Tuner Pro purchase through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the transaction and provides the app with the product, purchase status, and a purchase token so the app can unlock, restore, or revoke Pro access. The app stores an entitlement result locally for offline use.

We do not operate a purchase server and do not receive your payment-card or bank-account details. Google's processing of purchases, fraud prevention, account data, and payment information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Optional Practice Notifications

If you enable daily practice reminders, the app requests notification permission and schedules notifications locally on your device. Reminder settings are not uploaded to us.

Support Communications

If you choose to contact us by email, we will receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address and the contents of your request.

The app does not automatically attach diagnostics, screenshots, microphone recordings, or other personal data to support emails.

Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, the app itself does not collect or transmit the following categories of data to us:

• Email address, unless you voluntarily contact support.
• Phone number.
• Precise location.
• Contacts.
• Photos or videos.
• Health or fitness data.
• Payment-card or bank-account details.
• Advertising data or advertising identifiers.
• Browsing history.
• Usage analytics.
• Crash analytics provided by third-party SDKs.

How We Use Information

• Microphone input is used temporarily to detect pitch while tuning is active.
• Locally stored settings are used to remember your preferences.
• Local practice data is used to calculate goals and streaks.
• Google Play purchase status is used to provide and restore Pro features.
• Notification permission and local alarms are used only for reminders you enable.
• Support emails are used to respond to your questions or troubleshoot issues you report.

Sharing of Information

We do not share personal information collected through the app with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.

If you contact us by email, your message may be processed by your email provider and ours as part of normal email delivery.

Google processes information when you install the app, use Google Play Billing, or use Android services. Those activities are governed by Google's own privacy terms.

Data Retention

• Microphone audio is not retained by us.
• App preferences, practice history, custom tunings, reminders, and cached entitlement state remain on your device until you change them, remove the app, or clear the app's data.
• Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain support history, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information described above. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support communication, contact us and we will review the request.

International Users

If you contact us from outside your home country, your support message may be processed in jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
